I ordered the Knitpro Zing interchangeable needles and they showed up faster than I thought they would, all nicely packed. The price was the best I found anywhere, so that’s a big plus.

There was a bit of a snag - the website recognized my email as linked to an existing account (which it was), but it didn’t accept my password. Actually, my email wasn’t even getting messages from Knitpro. After a lot of back and forth, and with some extra help from my ISP, we sorted it out (turns out it was an issue on my side, not Knitpro's). Throughout the whole ordeal, even with my frustrations, Knitpro remained patient and composed. So besides the fantastic price and speedy delivery, I gotta say - their customer service is top-notch.

This is my second time ordering from them, and I wouldn’t think twice about doing it again.

I've got a few sets of Knitpro interchangeable needles, with the cubic, metal, and wood ones being my top picks. Recently, I added the Mindful Believe set to my collection. The needles are just the right length and super light, making them a joy to work with. All of them are fantastic, but the Mindful swivel cords really take the cake. This new set has made my knitting experience even more enjoyable than before.

I'm really into these vibrant wooden knitting needles. I haven't come across any that are superior for knitting. Fantastic company that I would definitely suggest.

Great item, and it was wrapped with care, so I was a bit bummed for you that the front of the storage box showed up cracked. If it had been a present, I would’ve needed to send it back. But since it’s not, I’m glad to hold onto it.

I really like the needles, but the cords? Not so much. Then I discovered the new purple ones, and wow, what a difference! I absolutely adore them. It’s a shame they aren’t included in any of the needle sets that I’ve noticed, but hey, they’re not as pricey as some others, so I’m cool with buying more. I’ll definitely be doing that down the line.

I'm really thrilled with this brand. I own a starter set and was eager to test out the new cables from the Mindful collection along with some additional tips. The cables are way better to handle thanks to the swivel feature.

That same day, I got an email from them explaining the situation, apologizing, and giving me the choice to wait or get a full refund. I decided to hang tight, and the last item showed up just a week later. Everything was packed securely and looked absolutely beautiful. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again since it’s a really convenient and good value way to grab extras or replacements for my existing KnitPro sets.
